What the service is
A tool that draws QR codes from what you fill in, in your browser. You pick the type, fill in the fields, tune the colors and the logo, and download the files. The result is yours, to print and use as you see fit.
What is on you
Checking what you typed before generating (a swapped digit prints swapped), testing the code with a camera before reproducing it, and making sure you have the rights to the content you put in it, logo included. The generator warns about contrast and protects the scanning corners, but the final proof is your camera.
Liability, and its limits
We are not liable for the consequences of using a code you generated, for the content you put into it, or for errors in what you typed. What Portuguese law does not allow to be excluded, we do not exclude: liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence remains, and if you are a consumer your rights apply regardless of what is written here.
The account
Created by magic link, with an email address. It is personal, and using it is your responsibility. You can ask for deletion at any time, and we delete what we hold.
Payment
One euro per code, as a one-off purchase, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel. Every tool gives one free download a day, no account needed.
Refunds
The code is delivered the moment you pay, and it is digital content consumed immediately. If the service fails on our side, if you pay and cannot download, we refund it: write to us and we sort it out.
Questions about the terms.
Can I use the codes commercially?
You can. The code you generate is yours, for your business, on posters, menus, packaging and wherever you need it, with no limit on reproductions. What you cannot do is resell the service as your own.
What if the code does not scan after printing?
Test first: on screen and on a proof print, with more than one camera if the poster matters. If the defect is ours, in the generated file, we refund the euro. If it comes from the printing, the size, or content altered afterwards, it is out of our hands.
Can you change these terms?
We can, and the date below changes when we do. Changes that restrict what you already paid for do not apply retroactively.
Which law applies?
Portuguese law. As a consumer, you keep the right to turn to the consumer dispute resolution bodies of your country of residence in the European Union.
